Proxmox - Block Storage to File Storage

When installing Proxmox occasionlly I have found that an array of disks that I need to use for Storage only support Block level storage. These disks can only be used for Disk Images.

If  I wanted to use the disks to store ISOs, containers, backups etc the disks need to be formatted with a partition, for example ext4.

Back in Proxmox GUI, add the the storage
